ABOUT THE TOUR
1. How do I reserve the tour?
You can reserve any type of tour:
- either in advance by filling in the reservation form on the website

2. When do I pay?
You will pay cash in Euros or CZK when meeting your guide at the reception of your hotel or other chosen meeting point in Prague.
3. What languages do you offer?
We offer the tours in English, German and Dutch. We are able to arrange other foreign languages on special request.
4. I am a disabled person. Can I join the tour?
Yes, some of our tours are specially designed for people with reduced mobility. Please let us know in advance what we need to consider in organising a tour for you.
5. How much do I have to pay for a tour?
Please see the price list. Children under 12 can join for free as part of our family deal.
6. Where do I meet the guide?
Your guide will normally pick you up at the reception of your hotel in Prague. If you want to meet your guide somewhere else you can discuss the different meeting point by email in advance.

ABOUT PRAGUE
1. How many people do live in Prague?
Prague, the capital city of the Czech republic, has 1 250 000 inhabitants.
2. What is the national dish?
"Vepro-knedlo-zelo" (pork served with dumplings and sauerkraut). Probably you would call the dumplings "bread".
3. What is the national drink?
Definitely beer! Czech beers are famous around the world. The Czechs take their beer seriously and are very proud of it. The best place to enjoy Czech beer is a traditional pub.
4. What is the Czech climate like?
The Czech republic has a typical continental climate with very hot and dry summers and extremely cold winters.
5. What is the name of Prague´s river?
The river is caled Vltava, but is also known in German as Moldau.
6. Is Prague a safe city?
Yes, Prague is a relatively safe city. Although beware of pickpockets, especially in crowded places in the city centre.
7. Prague public transport (called MHD)
Prague´s public transportation network is efficient, very well organized and cheap. The underground (metro) runs frequently every day till midnight. The first metro runs at 5 am. You can buy your tickets in machines, magazine shops and information centres. Do not forget to validate your ticket when entering the tram, underground or bus.
8. Currency in Prague
The Czech crown (CZK) is the national currency used in Prague and the Czech Republic. Athough we are part of the EU we have not accepted the Euro yet.
The Euro is accepted in some restuarants, hotels, bars and shops. (especially in tourist areas). The banks are open from 9:00 to 17:00, five days a week (Monday till Friday). Many shops do accept credit cards.
